1. Missed classes (due to illness which are phoned in) may be made up by arrangement with the office in semesters 1 and 2 only.
2. Classes missed due to statutory holidays are accounted for during the school year.
3. Inclement weather: In the event of a severe weather storm classes will be cancelled. Please call the studio or check our web site before heading out to class. If classes are cancelled, there will a message indicating so. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled however students can take another equivalent class during the week.
4. There is a 5-minute allotment between classes to allow children and teachers to enter and exit their classes.
5. Ballare Performing Arts Centre reserves the right to cancel or combine classes with low enrollment.
6. A $25 administration fee shall be applied for any cheque returned due to insufficient funds (NSF).
7. A 5% late charge will be applied to payments overdue by 30 days.
8. Refund Policy
a) Term/semester payments are not refundable once deposited. Exceptions will be made within the first 3 weeks in our Creative Dance classes if a young child is having separation anxiety from mom or dad.
b) Post dated cheques, Visa or Master Card payments will not be processed in the event of a withdrawal provided written notice has been given at least one month prior to the start of the next semester.
c) Discounted full year tuition fees are not refundable.
d) No refunds are given for costume deposits after November 1st.
e) No term/semester refunds are given if a child is unable to continue dance due to an injury sustained either in dance or another activity. The unused portion of the semester will be credited on account.
f) If a class does not get sufficient registration and a suitable alternative is not available, a full refund will be given.
